Intelisten Online Listening Training

 

1.Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Intelisten auditory training service, available at www.intelisten.com, and apply to all individuals who register for and participate in the training. This Site is owned and operated by Intelisten LLC.

By using this Site, you indicate that you have read and understand these Terms and Conditions and agree to always abide by them.

2.Intellectual Property

All content published and made available on our Site is the property of Intelisten LLC and the Site’s creators. This includes, but is not limited to Images, text, logos, documents, downloadable files and anything that contributes to the composition of our Site.

3.Description of the Service

The Intelisten Method is based on personalized auditory training. Users may fill out a detailed survey on Intelisten website. Based on the answers, we create customized audio materials, which are accessible online for a predetermined period.

By filling out the survey on our webpage, you agree to the following:

• You are solely responsible for ensuring that all personal information you provide in the survey is accurate and truthful.
• We reserve the right to decline the auditory training if you are using our Site illegally or if you violate these Terms and Conditions.

Completing and evaluating the survey is voluntary and free of charge. You are under no obligation to order the Intelisten training, even if the indication for training is approved.

4. Registration and Agreement

The contract is concluded when the survey is completed on our website. By filling out the survey, the user agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel the creation of the audio material if the terms are not met or the therapy is deemed unnecessary.

 5. Payment Terms

The website is free to use for browsing and uploading data. The Intelisten training is a voluntary, paid service. The services will be paid for in full when the services are ordered on our payhip page. Services may only be ordered after receiving written approval via email, confirming that we are able to prepare the personalized filtered audio materials for the participant.

We reserve the right to cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary.  This may occur if you place an order before receiving approval, or after we have declined your request for training. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund. If we believe your payment has violated any law or these Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reverse your transaction.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all the services that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it.

Users pay only for the preparation of the personalized audio materials. No ownership is granted over the materials or equipment required for listening.

6. Usage Requirements

The participant can reach the filtered audio material on our server with a username and password sent by email within 48 hours after the purchase. They have access to the audio for 30 days after purchase. If an extension of this period is needed, please contact Intelisten. Participants are encouraged to inform Intelisten of the exact dates they intend to conduct the listening sessions.

The listening must be done with suitable headphones, which do not modify or filter the soundtracks. The audio content is strictly personalized, sharing, copying, downloading, or using it beyond the authorized period is prohibited.

 7. Cancellation and Modification

Users may cancel participation by notifying us via email. If no contact is made within 30 days, all the given data will be deleted.

Users must notify us of any issues that prevent continuation at office@intelisten.com because as uninterrupted participation is essential for optimal results.

8. User Obligations

Users must notify the provider immediately in case of service disruptions or issues. Any complaints should be addressed to office@intelisten.com and will be investigated within 30 days.

9. Data Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Data is deleted 6 months after the completion of the training.

 10. Limitation of Liability

Compliance with the training guidelines is essential for success but cannot be guaranteed or monitored as improvements are typically measured through subjective changes in symptoms. The provider is not liable for indirect damage or the ineffectiveness of training if it is due to the user’s failure to follow instructions.

Intelisten LLC will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from your use of the Site and the Service.

 11. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming.

 12. Final Provisions

These Terms come into force upon their publication and apply indefinitely.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect on any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users of any changes to these Terms and Conditions either by email or by posting a notice on our Site.
